Shipping Policy

All orders placed with standard shipping are processed to ship within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 1-3  days of processing time and update the tracking number.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking information. Tracking information is also available on your “Order Details” page.

Once the package gets taken from us, it travels to the USPS courier centre, where it gets scanned and starts updating tracking status, and it is not unusual for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.

For USPS and FedEx, You can track your parcel at  17track.net.

Free Shipping Worldwide.

Shipping time for the US:

Free Standard Shipping Time: 7-14 days. 

Not in the above countries, the Free standard shipping time:10-21 days. 

*TAXES/DUTIES MAY BE DUE UPON RECEIPT of international orders

* The Delivery Time is calculated based on the shipping date, not the order date. The actual shipping date can be delayed due to invalid shipping addresses, weekends/holidays, etc.

DO NOT SHIP AREAS

The products can be delivered to most states in America except  Any P.O Box, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and the United Kingdom Force. 

Countries not mentioned above have not yet opened shipping channels, so stay tuned for updates later.

Please note that these time frames apply to regular (non-pandemic) circumstances. Due to pandemics, there might be slight delays on top of standard delivery times depending on your location regulations. We ask you to give up to 10 days on top of regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer service team.
